About Greg
Greg Geyer, born in Los Angeles, California, has been immersed in art from a young age, thanks to his artistic family.
His mother, Mar Marcotte, a UCLA alumna, started a jewelry business that Greg took over after her retirement. His father, George Geyer, is a retired art professor, while his grandparents, Sueo Serisawa and Mary Serisawa, were a painter and photographer, respectively.
Greg’s early experiences included assisting Mar with jewelry-making, which evolved from a summer job into a lifelong passion. An engineering and architecture major with Japanese heritage, his background significantly influences his minimalist and sculptural designs.
Greg has earned multiple design awards, and his work is featured in museum gift shops and fine retailers across the United States.
